Metron Mobile App's new layout features the In-Person Training experience. All training related tasks can now be found in one screen, including Programs Library and Just Train. Whether your program has training and nutrition, the new design caters to their specific needs. This allows for better categorization and it gives the users a better understanding and management of their data.
Reports show all the accomplishments, progress, and necessary details your user needs to keep them motivated.
Coach Management tool
Coach’s account view was also changed accordingly. A coach can now view their client updates and manage their business in the Metron App.
As a coach, the ability to handle multiple accounts is now done in a matter of interchanging profiles. Each one has their very own revenue reports and inboxes. On top of that, you are given a personal account which you can test run your program and workouts as how your clients would.
In one conversation alone, you will now be able to not only converse one-on-one with your clients, but also, actively keep track of their activity via logs. It’s now like a timeline for all new programs, subscriptions, payments, contract acceptance and many other logs. The business inbox can be used by you or your staff, keeping a unified business front facing your clients. We have added a new feature where we included the name of the staff in each message so you can easily pinpoint who is directly replying to your clients.
Introducing the new Help Desk, where you can track and reach out to our support for all your needs, inquiries and many more which are categorized via priority. As you are conversing with your client, you can now include Metron Support to quickly assist you. Your clients have their very own Help Desk that assures a way for us to help them as well.
We have updated the visuals and accessibility for exercises. We are making this community safer by meticulously checking each and every exercise. You are assured that each Metron Verified Exercise has met the qualifications and standards of our staff. Yet also allowing you to white label the Community Based Exercises. History now shows graphs, changes in your progress, estimated maxes and even a log of your PRs.
Each exercise contains all the information, history, rep max table, and including your personal notes on that very exercise. Your users can see how much progress they have actually made based on the data presented.
