We retain training data and athlete test results for the evaluation of performance to help Users progress through their training.

Metron may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

Metron uses a range of third party service providers to assist with its data processing activities. When we work in our our capacity as a data processor with these service providers, the service provider is a Subprocessor of Metron.

Delete Account Requests

In the case when Metron didn't facilitate payment for the services you received, deleting your account didn’t mean you will end your relationship with your coach. Please reach out to your coach directly to end the relationship properly.

Please be aware that we will delete some, but not all, of the information that we hold. Since Metron facilitate payment for the services you received, we are required to comply with many regulations, including anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering laws. Due to the nature of our business, there are regulations and laws may require us to retain transactional records associated with services you received for legal reporting, and auditing obligations for a prescribed period of time after the close of the business relationship. However, we can proceed on closing your account and permanently removed all data that are irrelevant to the business relationship, such as your workouts, programs, workout and nutrition logs, personal records, photos, profile data, login credentials, etc.
