In Metron, we are your tech team. We will take care of all the tedious customer services aside from training related questions such as educating customers on how to use the product, troubleshooting on personalization data or any technical issue. You can simply create a customer support ticket in your integrated client inbox.
Virtual Trainer is our most flexible business model we have. You can bundle 1 or more programs and offer as subscription, 1 time payment or training pass. If you bundle more than 1 program in your membership, your client will be able to enroll or remove themselves from any programs that are included. When they are enrolled in the program, they will be able to train at their own pace by submitting and receiving 1 week of assignment at a time. You can optionally add an enrollment start date where all clients will receive their programming automatically till the end of the program (perfect for challenges or high ticket group coaching). If you are programming wizard, you can easily build an empire with training subscriptions.
Calendar program only have 1 schedule that shares with all of your clients. You can optionally specify a start and end date for the calendar (perfect for event prep or bootcamp) or run a live calendar, commonly refer as workout of the day (WOD). If you are running a live calendar, we do require a min of 30 days of programming if we are processing your payment.
1 on 1 program is very similar to our virtual trainer, except you will be manually review and assign the assignment for each of your client. You can easily import programs (if you already built them) from your library (entire programs or couple of weeks at a time) and create a share resource library for all of your 1-on-1 client (downloadable contents, articles, video playlist, external links) through our overview builder.
Anyone who is enrolled into your services are considered active clients. You will be billed based on a max unique active client count in each of the business model any given month accordingly. For example, if you have a client enrolled in both your 1-on-1 services and calendar program, it will be counted as 2 seats. However, if a client is enrolled into multiple services under the same business model, they will be only counted once.
Adding additional staff & admins won't affect your billing if they don't enroll into any of your services or programs.
You do not need a payment processor! We take care of all that for you. If your country is supported by Stripe (our payment processor), we will automatically create a merchant account to automate your entire operations.
When you start processing payments with Metron, you should be able to see your balance immediately on your My Store dashboard. However, we do need to verify your business information prior to automate the payout schedule. Once we have verified your account, Metron automatically creates payouts of your available balance weekly. When a payment is first received, it’s initially reflected as a pending balance (less any fees). This balance becomes available according to different countries and risk factors. This delay protects your business, customers, and Metron from the increased risk of chargebacks and potential cancellations.
Absolutely! You can choose whether you want Metron to handle your payment or not. If you choose Metron to handle your payment, you can simply create a 100% off forever coupon to enroll someone into your program!
