Customer Service Flow

To better serve coaches and their customers, we at Metron have been focusing on developing a better customer service flow. The new updates allow coaches to collaborate with metron support on customer problems so that customer issues can be proactively resolved.

Metron is introducing a new feature — Help Desk, which filters all the support tickets so that coaches can better focus on their communication with their customers. Coaches can now include Metron support in any conversation they have with their customers. We also created a better way to prioritize support tickets by adding in different categories. 

Let us know what you think of this new feature! 


Enhancements

  • Coaches can now include metron support in any message in the inbox. Metron Support inturn will handle the support ticket which the coach and the customer can both respond to.
  • Coaches and customers can now give a review on certain support tickets, whether the experience has been satisfactory or which area is best to improve upon. 
  • Transaction records now display a failed status should the payment have failed. 
  • Mobile version of the new Inbox redesign can now be accessed through http://metron.io/crm/

Bug fixes on the following:

  • Fix  the search on workout reference exercise.
  • Fix on editing CRM contact person.
  • Updates on overview for 1-on-1 and calendar can now be done.
