To better serve coaches and their customers, we at Metron have been focusing on developing a better customer service flow. The new updates allow coaches to collaborate with metron support on customer problems so that customer issues can be proactively resolved.
Metron is introducing a new feature — Help Desk, which filters all the support tickets so that coaches can better focus on their communication with their customers. Coaches can now include Metron support in any conversation they have with their customers. We also created a better way to prioritize support tickets by adding in different categories.
