Matt Wilpers has coached many athletes, from beginners to Ironman triathletes, through training programs successfully! He specializes in endurance sports including running, cycling and triathlon. One of the most important aspects of being successful in this program, or any of his programs, is to allocate sufficient time for both training and the necessary maintenance work to be performed. This plan will guide you through a full 18 weeks of training to run a full marathon better than you ever have before.
