Personalized calorie and macro recommendations
So you are on the go and staying at a hotel and or have a small home gym with the minimal amount of equipment. NO PROBLEM! You can still get a good workout in.
I designed a 4 day split that will make you sweat. When I travel, the only thing I want to do is burn some extra calories and get those muscles a pump. If you do not have the right equipment it may be hard to make significant muscle gains, but we sure can get a good workout in regardless.
The idea behind this one is to maximize intensity by varying our rep ranges and rest timings. If this is a home gym, then let's maximize it. We will kee the tempo up som come prepared to work. This program may also be a good De-load for some of the users who want to back down the poundage this week and just focus on burning some calories and getting a pump.
