Are you looking for a more challenging full marathon training program, but are not quite advanced yet? Are you able to run 3-8 miles five times a week without stopping? Can you commit to running five days a week? If so, this is the plan for you! Of course, if you have any health concerns, please make sure to consult your physician before starting.

Matt Wilpers has coached many athletes, from beginners to Ironman triathletes, through training programs successfully! He specializes in endurance sports including running, cycling and triathlon. One of the most important aspects of being successful in this program, or any of his programs, is to allocate sufficient time for both training and the necessary maintenance work to be performed. This plan will guide you through a full 18 weeks of training to run a full marathon better than you ever have before.

Intermediate Full Marathon Runner Program includes:

  • 18 week detailed schedule of training
  • 5 specific runs per week with pacing info
  • Information on cross-training and strength training to help increase run performance
  • Advice for stretching and foam rolling
  • Basic nutrition information for runners
  • Coaching tips from Matt

Prior to starting this plan, it is helpful, although not required, to start consistently running 5 times a week. Enroll in this program now to gain access to all the details you need to increase your speed and endurance for a full marathon race!
