This is a comprehensive, hybrid-style program known as Functionally Aesthetic Strength Training. It’s designed for the athlete who wants to gain strength and power, yet sculpt a beautiful physique. The weight workouts are based on an advanced algorithm of your personal lifts. This means you’ll be able to chart your progress, and will be able to see results with this personalized plan.  

My year’s of experience in track and field and world-class bodybuilding led me to create the perfect fusion of strength-building exercises and physique-building exercises, thus utilizing effective techniques from both worlds.  This leads to better results in less time than traditional programs.

The workouts are short and intense. The first portion of most workouts are devoted to athletic, compound movements. One of the benefits is central nervous system (CNS) activation, which causes greater muscle fiber recruitment throughout the workout. Compound exercises, along with timed recovery, between sets revs the metabolism. You’ll also focus on physique-sculpting isolation movements. Techniques like time under tension (TUT), tempo, and mind-muscle connection to help sculpt, a superhero body!
