This 10-week run program is designed to increase your speed endurance in the 400 and 800-meter races. Michael Granville, an All-American Track Star, has developed this running schedule to optimize your performance to your highest potential. It will also help you get familiar with a proper track warm-up and sprint drills to establish efficient and effective running form.

You’ll get familiar with the anaerobic and aerobic demands from a long sprint to mid-distance kick as you work through the program. Michael’s workout lineup is formatted to also teach you to be able to maintain proper form while pushing through that lactic threshold that comes with 400 and 800-meter runs.

The D10 (formerly known as The Wall Street Decathlon) is a world-class athletic event that’s designed exclusively for amateur athletes. It will test your athleticism by tackling 10 events; 400m run, Football throw, Pull-ups, 40yd dash, Dips, 500m row, Vertical jump, 20yd shuttle sprint, Bench Press, and 800m run.
